Return & Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Bark Bites, we aim for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely pleased with your order, please see below for details on how to proceed.

Damaged Items

Our packages are carefully prepared by hand to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If, however, your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement for the damaged goods. If the damage has occurred due to our handling or during delivery, we will refund all related delivery charges, including the cost of returning the items to us.

Incorrect Items

If a mix-up has occurred and you’ve received the wrong item, please alert us immediately by contacting Return the incorrect item to us and outline the correct details in writing. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will send out the correct one without any additional charge, and we will reimburse your reasonable postage costs for the return.


Should the products not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return them within 14 days of receipt. We will offer an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original packaging. Regrettably, we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition or if it is clear they have been used.

Cancelling an Order

As per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. This cancellation right does not apply to perishable items, custom-made items, or items made to the consumer’s specifications. To cancel, please provide written notice by email, indicating that you wish to cancel the contract. Items should be returned securely packaged within 14 days of cancellation.

Return Instructions

If you are dissatisfied and wish to request a return, include all relevant purchase details and state your reason for the return, specifying whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Use the original packaging for the return, attach the invoice, and send it to the address provided upon your return request. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will need to cover the cost of returning the products.

Proof of Return

We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage when sending items back to us. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
