Shipping to Mainland UK

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipments are dispatched from our warehouse at 42 Medway, Crowborough, East Sussex, TN6 2DN. We use Royal Mail Second Class for all deliveries within the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

Free Shipping: Orders over £40 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Fee: For orders below £40, a shipping fee of £3.95 will apply.

Damages Bark Bites is committed to ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We kindly ask that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Failures While Bark Bites ensures the dispatch of your items within the specified processing time, please note that delivery is subject to the reliability of Royal Mail Second Class services, which are untracked. In cases where delivery issues arise due to Royal Mail, we are prepared to assist customers to the best of our ability, although we cannot directly control the delivery once it has left our warehouse. For any delivery concerns, please contact us, and we will strive to provide support and guidance.

Changes to Orders If you need to make changes to your order or the delivery address, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will accommodate your request wherever possible. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to it. To ensure the best chance of us fulfilling your request, please get in touch with us before your order reaches the dispatch stage.

International Shipping Policy We currently do not offer international shipping.
