Starting Your Subscription Upon subscribing, you will receive our treat boxes on a monthly basis. The payment for these boxes will be charged to your provided payment method every month, unless you have paid upfront.
Managing Your Subscription You have full control over your subscription. You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website. Please note that subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three billing cycles before cancellation or pausing is permitted. The initial order counts towards this three-cycle minimum.
Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew each month. We will send you a reminder before your subscription renews to ensure you can decide whether you would like to continue for another month.
Cancellation Policy You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before we dispatch your monthly box, you will not be charged, and no further boxes will be sent. If you cancel after dispatch, this cancellation will take effect from the following month. There will be no partial refunds for mid-period cancellations.
